Tempo for Microsoft Teams
The Tempo app for Microsoft Teams lets you ask Tempo about your business from a channel or direct message. To connect a conversation to your workspace:
- Add Tempo to a team or chat in Microsoft Teams.
- Mention @Tempo, or send it a direct message. Tempo replies with a pairing code.
- In Tempo, open Integrations, choose Microsoft Teams, and enter the pairing code.
- Once connected, mention @Tempo with any question about your business.
You can send "help" to the Tempo bot at any time to see these instructions again. A Tempo account is required; you can create one at usetempo.co.
Troubleshooting
- No reply in Teams: confirm the Tempo app is installed in the team or chat, and that you mentioned @Tempo directly.
- Pairing code not working: codes expire 30 minutes after they are issued. Mention @Tempo again to get a new code.
- Still stuck: email hello@usetempo.co with your workspace name.
